Studies show that it takes 21 Days to create a habit. When enrolling into this program we are leading our members to develop these healthy habits. By clicking the check box below you acknowledge the programs are designed for 12 weeks (90 days) and agree to a 3 week minimum commitment to our prepared meal program. I also understand and agree to a $125 early termination fee if you choose to cancel your program before the 3 weeks are up. This will be assessed immediately upon received termination request.

Deliveries are made between 4-8pm Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday (for 15 meal plan); as well as Wednesday (for 20 meal plan). Payments are auto drafted every Friday before your meals are prepared. By checking below, you acknowledge: -That your CC/Debit Card info will be attained and stored via Virtual Terminal Paypal for draft purposes only. CC numbers are blocked for reference and once entered will be drafted each Friday continuously unless otherwise cancelled or delayed and verified by accounting within the required time frame. Any drafts or late cancellations will not be refunded but not limited to being credited to the following week or week of resuming program. -That it is each client's responsibility to provide your own ice pack and cooler for the deliveries. Any request for suspension of service must be sent via the account management form by 4 pm of the Thursday before Friday's draft for the upcoming week. If changes are not confirmed by 5 pm, the draft will not be refunded, but rather issued as a credit when delivery resumes. This also applies for indefinite cancellations. There is a 120 Day MAX suspension without assessing a new enrollment fee.
